Skin care between treatments

Treatments do the heavy lifting, but your daily routine decides how long the results last. Our estheticians share the four steps that matter most.

A good routine does not need ten products. Between facials, peels and injectables, your skin mostly needs to be kept clean, calm and protected. These four steps are what our estheticians recommend to almost every patient.

1. Cleanse gently, twice a day

Choose a cream or gel cleanser without strong fragrance. If your skin feels tight afterwards, the cleanser is too harsh. After a peel or laser session, stick to cleansing with lukewarm water for the first two days.

2. One active, not five

Pick a single active ingredient and use it consistently: vitamin C in the morning for brightness, or a retinoid at night for texture and fine lines. Introduce it slowly, two or three nights a week at first.

3. Moisturise, even if you are oily

Hydrated skin heals faster and holds results longer. A light, non-comedogenic moisturiser is enough for most skin types.

4. SPF every single day

Sun protection is the step that protects everything else. Use SPF 30 or higher, reapply when you are outdoors, and wear a hat after laser treatments.

If you only change one thing this month, make it daily sunscreen.

When to call us

Redness that lasts longer than a few days, unusual swelling or a breakout after a new product are worth a quick message. Our team answers within the same day during clinic hours. Book a skin consultation to build a routine around your treatment plan.
